Personal Lines – Account Manager

Mission of a Personal Lines Account Manager
To serve and grow the Eversure book of clients by supporting the sales team in their pursuit of new business and providing excellent customer service by identifying revenue growth opportunities, educating customers, and generating referrals.

Desired Outcome of this Position

  • Maintain a high retention ratio by being proactive and providing exceptional customer service
  • Seek out additional revenue opportunities through Household reviews, cross-sell opportunities, policy weakness conversations, adding policy features and generating referrals for new business.
  • Conduct Annual Household Reviews
  • Maintain agency processes
  • Possesses a strong willingness to work hard to get the job done.
  • Plans and organizes in a productive manner.
  • Able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort.
  • Maintains the highest level of professionalism through honesty and integrity.
  • Contributes ideas to innovate the agency.
  • Maintains composure during times of heavy pressure or stress.

  • P&C Insurance License
  • Verifiable history of successful sales and customer service
